• 100% Arabica Coffee (Caturra Catuai, Geisha and Costa Rica famous for their resistance to the disease of Roya),

• Specialty coffee

• Low production in carbon emissions

• Pollinated by bees

• 100% sun-dried

• Produced under the famous system known as Honey, in this case specifically, Red honey

• Roasted and packaged coffee at the time of sale

• Medium height coffee produced between 1000/1100 meters.

Ecological Projection :

Looking for the development of specific characteristics to differentiate a product, based on three particular themes:

• The purity of the coffee we produce,

• Traditional production methods without alteration or additives.

• The ecological view, each year, measurements of Carbon Footprint and Water Footprint are made, the coffee is not washed, therefore there is no contamination of rivers or aquifer layers by wastewater derived from the coffee washing process.
